Military veterans — especially disabled veterans — are vastly underrepresented in newsrooms, and news coverage that affects them often relies on and perpetuates stereotypes that harm the community. Join Cronkite faculty member and Afghanistan war veteran Scott Bourque for a discussion on how to ethically and accurately report on the 16 million veterans that live in our communities and the issues that are unique to them.
